Xiamen Hithium Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., a China’s energy storage battery start-up, is currently discussing with the Vietnam government and is considering investing $900 million to build a 30-hectare battery factory in Vietnam.
Founded in 2019, Xiamen Hithium is a Chinese battery manufacturer with a 15GWh factory located in Xiamen, Fujian Province.
In 2022, the company ranked first in China for the number of power storage battery delivery projects and had the fastest growth rate among Chinese battery manufacturers in terms of shipment volume.
