Shenzhen Exencell New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced that Zhuhai Gree Financial Investment Management Co., Ltd.’s strategic investment in our company has been completed.
On May 16th, the Jinwan District Government of Zhuhai City, Zhuhai Gree Group Co., Ltd., Liangang Group, and Shenzhen Exencell New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement. Shenzhen Exencell New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. planned to invest in the construction of an 18GWh energy storage battery project, with a planned land area of 500 Mu (33.3 Hectare) and a total investment of approximately 10 billion yuan (USD 1.41 billion).
